This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use the Eazify – Preorder & Back in Stock Alert app. *** ### 1. Information We Collect #### From Merchants (Store Owners) When you install Eazify, we collect: * Shopify store URL and store name * Store email address * App configuration data (campaign settings, email templates, SMTP credentials) * Order and product data necessary to process preorders and restock alerts #### From Your Customers When customers interact with Eazify widgets on your storefront, we collect: * Email address (submitted via Notify Me / Back in Stock form) * Phone number (if the customer provides it) * Subscription status and notification history We collect this data on your behalf. You are responsible for informing your customers about this data collection in your own store's privacy policy. *** ### 2. How We Use This Information We use the data collected to: * Display preorder and back-in-stock buttons on your storefront * Process and track preorder orders * Send preorder confirmation and shipping update emails to customers * Send restock notification emails to subscribers * Deliver app functionality and support We do **not** sell your data or your customers' data to any third parties. *** ### 3. Data Storage & Security * All data is stored on secured servers with access controls and encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) * SMTP credentials you provide in Settings are encrypted at rest * Customer email addresses collected via the Notify Me form are stored only for the purpose of sending restock alerts and are not shared with third parties *** ### 4. Data Sharing We may share data only in the following cases: * **Shopify** — We interact with Shopify's API to read and write order, product, and inventory data as required by the app * **Email delivery** — If you use Eazify's default email server, emails are sent through our mail infrastructure. If you use your own SMTP server, emails are sent directly through your provider * **Legal requirements** — If required by law or to protect our legal rights *** ### 5. Customer Rights (GDPR & Data Privacy) If you or your customers are located in the European Union, the following rights apply: * **Right to access** — Request a copy of the data we hold * **Right to deletion** — Request that we delete personal data * **Right to correction** — Request that we correct inaccurate data * **Right to object** — Object to certain types of data processing To exercise these rights, contact us at ****. *** ### 6. Data Retention * Merchant configuration data is retained for as long as the app is installed on your store * Customer email subscriptions (Notify Me) are retained until a restock notification is sent, or until you delete them manually from the **Submissions & Products** tab * When you uninstall the app, we delete your store data within 30 days *** ### 7. Cookies Eazify does not use cookies or tracking pixels on your storefront. The app embed is purely functional. *** ### 8. Children's Privacy Eazify is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. *** ### 9. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify merchants via the app or email if significant changes are made. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. *** ### 10.
